WHOLESALE - Partner With GILLUX
At GILLUX, we do not simply create fragrances. We craft emotion, identity, and presence.
GILLUX is a growing luxury fragrance house based in New York, offering signature scents for women, men and unisex audiences.
We are currently expanding and inviting select boutiques, beauty retailers, and premium online stores to partner with us and carry our fragrance collection including current and upcoming releases.

Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)
To preserve brand integrity and ensure strong retailer margins, GILLUX applies a structured wholesale minimum across all individual product categories.
Minimum opening wholesale order: 24 individual units.
Retail partners may mix individual products across available collections, categories , and variations.
Individual unit may include:
- Single product styles or SKUs
- Mixed product categories
- Size or variation combinations
Example Mix Options
For fragrance collection, examples may include:
- 24 x 50ML
- 12 x 50ML + 12 x 30ML
Equivalent mixed quantities may apply across other product categories.
Sets & Coordinated Collections
Curated sets, coordinated bundles, and full collection are structured separately from individual units.
Minimum order for sets: 6 units per style
Final quantities and wholesale pricing are confirmed upon approval and finalized via official GILLUX invoice.

Availability may vary by collection.
Marketplace & Online Resale Policy
GILLUX Wholesale approval does not automatically grant authorization to resell products on third-party marketplaces.
Retail partners intending to sell on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok shop, or similar marketplaces must request written authorization prior to listing any GILLUX products.
Marketplace access is reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis to ensure brand alignment and pricing integrity.
Unauthorized resale on third-party marketplaces may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges.
Payment Terms
All wholesale orders require payment prior to processing and shipment.
invoices are issued upon approval and must be paid in full to confirm production allocation and order release.
GILLUX does not offer open credit terms for new wholesale accounts.
For established retail partners, alternative payment terms may be reviewed approved at the discretion of GILLUX.
Payment methods are outlined within the official invoice.
Returns & Exchanges Policy (Wholesale)
All wholesale orders considered final sale.
GILLUX does not accept returns, refund, or exchanges on wholesale purchases.
Retail partners are responsible for verifying product selection and quantities prior to invoice confirmation.
In the rare event of shipping damage or order discrepancies, claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims must include supporting photos of the outer packaging and affected products.
GILLUX reserves the right to review and determine appropriate resolution at it's discretion.
Shipping, Risk & Forwarding Responsibility
All wholesale orders are shipped under buyer responsibility.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Wholesale orders are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure secure delivery.
GILLUX is not liable for carrier-related delays or losses. However, any visible shipping damage or order discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48hours of confirmed delivery.
For orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party addresses, responsibility transfers once the carrier confirms delivery to the forwarding address.
Shipping insurance costs are determined by the carrier based on the declared order value and may be added to the invoice upon request.
Signature Required
Signature confirmation is required for all wholesale deliveries.
If the delivery is refused or no authorized recipient is present, the carrier may return the shipment and apply additional fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
